Seen & Heard

Global Cultural Event Production Leadership

In 2024 Seen & Heard brought together nearly 1,000 Levi Strauss & Co. (LS&Co.) employees globally, creating a powerful platform to reflect on LS&Co.’s core value of courage. Together, we explored the tools and skills needed to thrive through change with inclusion, belonging and performance. Across regions, the event sparked meaningful conversations about navigating change and fostering a stronger, more inclusive LS&Co.
