In 2023, I spearheaded an innovative and strategic campaign that catapulted LS&Co. back into the Thai market, positioning the company as a dominant force within the fashion industry. As the mastermind behind this success, I navigated the challenges of a fiercely competitive and fragmented retail landscape, creating a distinct and captivating employer brand from scratch.

To attract the best talent, I orchestrated a multi-platform recruitment marketing strategy, harnessing the power of social media and programmatic advertising on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and the Google Display Network. By leveraging LS&Co.'s brand identity, I crafted a compelling narrative through the "Behind the Seams" campaign, shining a spotlight on #LifeatLevi and effectively showcasing the company's distinctive culture and genuine employee experiences. 

The remarkable results speak for themselves, as the campaign not only resonated deeply with prospective candidates but also achieved incredible engagement across all platforms. My leadership led to the successful recruitment of over 300 talented individuals. Most notably, the strategic approach I devised resulted in an outstanding return on investment, solidifying LS&Co.'s position as an industry leader and setting the stage for a prosperous future in the Thai market.
