One of my most exciting and impactful initiatives involved leading, co-authoring and producing LS&Co.'s 2022 DE&I Impact Report. This project, encompassing photo, video shoot, and design, showcases my strategic narrative development expertise. The report is a vibrant celebration of LS&Co.’s culture and the diverse journeys that define #LifeatLevi, offering an intimate look at LS&Co.’s employees’ stories and authentic expressions through fashion.

This report has set a new standard for how LS&Co. approaches DE&I, transcending traditional industry reports to become a high-quality editorial magazine. It has redefined our brand identity and visual style for DE&I, resonating internally with employees and externally with potential talent. The report and its creative assets are now key tools in LS&Co.’s culture storytelling, driving significant change and influencing key stakeholders within and outside the organization.
