In 2024, I spearheaded the creation of LS&Co.’s third annual DE&I Impact Report, complemented by a pioneering documentary on our historical values and heritage. This initiative was key in revolutionizing our narrative-driven storytelling approach at LS&Co., establishing new benchmarks for how we address and amplify diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and other core narrative pillars within and outside of the organization.
Project Overview
The documentary follows LS&Co.’s journey in embracing diversity, equity and inclusion, showcasing both past achievements and challenges. It highlights the company’s commitment to building and sustaining a culture of inclusion and belonging while openly addressing past mistakes and strategic changes that have shaped their approach.
